Standard support covers hardware failures and factory defects. The Zen Hours Pack is a consulting service: we help you use, optimize and configure your hardware and software.
How do you track my balance of hours?
After each intervention, you will receive a summary email indicating the duration, the nature of the problem solved and your remaining balance. Full transparency.
Can I use these hours for training?
Yes, within the limits of the “assistance” format. You can use 1 or 2 hours to have a specific function explained to you. For a complete training, we will direct you to our dedicated courses.
What happens if I run out of my 10 hours before the age of 2?
You can buy a new pack or upgrade to the Zen Pack (unlimited support) at any time.
