Frequently asked questions
When should I activate my DJI Care Enterprise?
Within 15 days of the drone's activation. Beyond that, DJI requires a video verification of the aircraft.
My drone ships with Care Plus included: what do I need to do?
Nothing at purchase: the Matrice 4 series and the Matrice 400 ship with 1 year of DJI Care Enterprise Plus auto-activated. Remember to renew before the deadline: renewal must happen before expiry or within 15 days after, renewable for up to 3 consecutive years in total.
Can I switch from Basic to Plus?
Renewal stays within the same plan. Switching from Basic to Plus during coverage goes through the Upgrade offers available for certain platforms: contact us.
Who handles my repair under Care or my maintenance?
The service is carried out by DJI, with round-trip transport covered (covered zones, incl. the EU). Drone Parts Center tracks your case via its technical centre in Nivelles for its customers.
What does Pack Zen include?
Depending on the plan: equipment loan for the entire repair duration (Zen Plus), unlimited training and support for 2 years, response in under 4 business hours.
