Purpose of the Contract

These general terms and conditions of sale are intended to establish the contractual provisions between the company PIM-CONSULT SRL, with its registered office at avenue de la Chasse 135, 1040 Brussels, business registry number 0765 467 085. The acquisition of goods through the Drone Parts Center website (hereinafter referred to as “the site”) implies unconditional acceptance by the buyer of these terms of sale.

drone-parts-center.com reserves the right to modify its terms of sale at any time. In this case, the applicable conditions will be those in effect on the date of the order by the Customer.

Characteristics of the items offered for sale

The items offered are those listed in the catalog published on the site. Each product is accompanied by a description established by drone-parts-center.com. The catalog photographs are as accurate as possible, but cannot ensure perfect similarity with the offered item, particularly regarding colors. The products presented on the site are offered subject to stock availability.

In the event that certain items require assembly – more or less complex – or preparatory work, the customer is solely responsible for making the necessary arrangements for this purpose.

Pricing

The prices shown on the site are VAT-inclusive prices in euros, taking into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order. Any change in the rate may be reflected in the price of the items. drone-parts-center.com reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the price shown in the catalog on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the Customer. The prices indicated do not include order processing, transport, and shipping costs, which will be communicated before order validation.

Orders

The Customer who wishes to purchase a product on the site must:

  • choose the items and add them to their cart;
  • validate the contents of the cart;
  • fill out the identification form on the site or register on the identification sheet where they will indicate all the requested information;
  • choose their delivery method;
  • choose the payment method;
  • accept these general terms and conditions;
  • validate their payment.

The Customer will be able to view the details of their order and its total price at any time during the order process and correct any errors before confirming to express their acceptance.

The Customer will receive an order confirmation email.

drone-parts-center.com retains ownership of the items until the order is fully paid, i.e., until the order price is received by drone-parts-center.com.

drone-parts-center.com reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute regarding the payment of a previous order.

The confirmation of the order implies acceptance of these terms of sale, acknowledgment of having full knowledge of them, and waiver of reliance on one’s own purchasing conditions or other conditions. All data provided and the recorded confirmation will serve as proof of the transaction. The confirmation will act as a signature and acceptance of the operations performed. The seller will communicate by email the confirmation of the registered order.

Payment methods

Orders placed on the site are payable in full by one of the following payment methods:

By credit card: Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, AMEX credit card or Bancontact debit card. Mollie ensures the security of payments.

By bank transfer: The order is put on hold until payment is received, and the shipment of goods will only take place from the day when drone-parts-center.com’s bank account has been validly credited. By selecting this type of payment, the buyer commits to their purchase and must make the payment. A late payment interest rate of 8% is applied from the 30th day following the order. Mollie ensures the security of payments.

Shipping and delivery times

drone-parts-center.com commits to deliver orders placed by the Customer within the specified timeframes. If said items have not been delivered within 30 days from the expected delivery date at the time of order, and if this delay is not related to a case of force majeure, the customer may proceed with the cancellation of the sale by sending an email to the following address: https://drone-parts-center.com/contact-sav/?

The amounts paid by the Customer will then be fully refunded.

Items marked as “On Order” are items that drone-parts-center.com must order from the Supplier. The mentioned delivery date is purely indicative and depends on the delivery date communicated by the Supplier. drone-parts-center.com cannot be held responsible for a late delivery from one of its suppliers.

The shipping method and delivery time are specified in the information referring to the item and in the confirmation email. The service ordered before 3 PM, delivered the next day, is only valid for deliveries in Belgium and the Netherlands. This is available from Monday to Thursday. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday are sent on Monday. A possible delay cannot be a case for contract termination. Drone parts Center cannot be held responsible.

The usual delivery times are

Belgium, Netherlands between 24h and 48h.

The rest of Europe between 2 to 9 working days.

Countries outside Europe are delivered between 2 to 14 working days. Each order is accompanied by a tracking number that allows knowing the exact date and time of delivery.

For deliveries by the carrier, orders whose delivery could not be completed due to lack of arrangements (email, phone, and redirection to a pickup point) for reception and which are returned to us, will be subject to a refund of the merchandise only. The refund will await the receipt of the package by us and its inspection within a maximum of 30 days.

It is the customer’s responsibility and at their expense to place a new order.

Upon receipt of the ordered products, the Customer or the recipient must verify the good condition of the delivered item and take note of its conditions of use appearing on the user manual provided in paper form or electronically on the manufacturer’s website.

In the event that one or more of the ordered products are missing or damaged, the Customer or the recipient must express any reservations to the carrier at the latest at the time of delivery, failing which they will be time-barred.

The following are considered cases of force majeure releasing drone-parts-center.com from its obligation to deliver: war, riot, fire, strikes, accidents, and the inability to be supplied.

Where applicable, the customer agrees to pay upon receipt all taxes, duties, levies, and other present and future charges due for the delivery of said products themselves; the joint liability of drone-parts-center.com can never be engaged in this regard.

In case of non-conformity or defectiveness of a sold product, it may be returned, subject to the prior written agreement of drone-parts-center.com, who will take it back, repair it, exchange it, or refund it.

If the device needs to be made compatible with the customer’s equipment, the operation is solely the responsibility of the customer. In case of defect, the customer may call upon the technical service, which will determine if a warranty applies or if a technical intervention estimate should be prepared.

The terms for returning the merchandise will be communicated to the Customer by email.

In case of return of conforming merchandise (for example, due to a Customer error when ordering), the Customer must first contact drone-parts-center.com, who will inform the latter of its agreement regarding the return of the merchandise and the practical modalities of this return. In this case, the shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

In any case, whether it concerns the use of the right of withdrawal or the return of conforming or non-conforming merchandise, the goods will be returned under the responsibility of the Customer, in their original packaging, intact, unused, and accompanied by all possible accessories (user manual and documentation). The return shipping costs of the product are the responsibility of the customer.

It is forbidden to enter a return request without going through email contact with our customer service. Without contact, the request will be ignored.

The most economical solution will be used for shipping. The maximum weight allowed to benefit from free delivery from the Belgian warehouse is 30kg.

Consumer’s right of withdrawal

The consumer (any natural person who acquires or uses products placed on the market for purposes excluding any professional character) has the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within a period of fourteen days.

This right is only applicable to residents in the European Union.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, physically takes possession of the goods or the last ordered item.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unambiguous statement (for example, an email to the following address: https://drone-parts-center.com/contact-sav/?).

To respect the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you transmit your communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiration of the withdrawal period.

In the event of your withdrawal from this contract, we will only refund the payment for the goods, no later than fourteen days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. The merchandise must be returned

We will process the refund using the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless you expressly agree to a different method; in any case, this refund will not incur any costs for you.

If you have received goods as part of the contract, you must return or deliver the goods to us without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 days after you have communicated your decision to withdraw from this contract. This deadline is considered met if you return the goods before the expiration of the fourteen-day period.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to professional clients who have a VAT number. Items that have been activated will be subject to a 20% depreciation.

drone-parts-center.com respects the Client’s privacy and is committed to protecting their personal data.

By agreeing at the time of entering their personal data on this site, the Client consents to the collection and use of their personal data in the manner defined below.

drone-parts-center.com collects personal identification information (name, address, telephone number, email address, etc.).

drone-parts-center.com also collects anonymous information (total number of visits to the site, number of visitors to each page of the site, domain names of visitors’ Internet service providers, IP addresses, cookies, etc.).

All elements of the site as well as the underlying technology remain the intellectual and exclusive property of the seller. Anyone wishing to use these elements must first request permission from drone-parts-center.com.

Similarly, any hyperlinks referring to the site are prohibited without written authorization from drone-parts-center.com.

Illegal activities

By accepting these general conditions, you agree not to use the products purchased on our site drone-parts-center.com for illegal or fraudulent purposes, which includes, but is not limited to:

  • Use for criminal purposes, such as money laundering or financing terrorism.
  • Exploitation for illegally spying on or monitoring third-party activities.
  • Any other criminal and reprehensible activities.

Compliance with export and anti-corruption laws

You must comply with European Union laws and regulations regarding exports. You are prohibited from exporting or re-exporting technical data or products that you have purchased or received from us or our subsidiaries, as well as any product directly derived from this technical data, to a country where such exports or re-exports are prohibited by the European Union.

You must also comply with the provisions of all applicable anti-corruption laws, including the OECD Convention on Combating Bribery of Foreign Public Officials (‘OECD’).

Liability

drone-parts-center.com, in the online sales process, is only bound by an obligation of means. Its liability cannot be engaged for damage resulting from the use of the Internet network such as loss of data, intrusion, virus, service interruption, or other involuntary problems.

For any order shipped outside of Belgium, the Customer is considered as the importer of the ordered products and will fulfill the legal obligations in this regard. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify the possibility of importing the ordered products with the authorities of their country.

The information provided by the Customer during the input of information inherent to their order is binding. drone-parts-center.com cannot be held responsible for errors made by the Customer in the details of the recipient’s coordinates of the order (particularly delivery address and billing address) and for delays in delivery or the impossibility of delivering the ordered products that these errors could cause.

Dispute and Applicable Law

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing between the parties, disputes relating to the validity, interpretation or execution of these conditions will be submitted to the competent courts of the judicial district of Brussels Capital.

Disputes arising from the contract or in connection with it will be subject to Belgian law.
