Purpose of the Contract

The acquisition of a good through the site Drone Parts Center (hereinafter referred to as “the site”) implies unreserved acceptance by the purchaser of these conditions of sale.

drone-parts-center.com reserves the right to change its terms and conditions of sale at any time. In this case, the applicable terms and conditions will be those in force on the date of the order by the Client.

Characteristics of the items offered for sale

The items offered are those that appear in the catalogue published on the site. Each product is accompanied by a description drawn up by drone-parts-center.com. The photographs in the catalogue are as faithful as possible, but cannot ensure perfect similarity with the item offered, especially with regard to the colours. The products presented on the site are offered within the limit of available stocks.

In the event that certain items require assembly – more or less complex – or preparatory work, the customer is solely responsible for making the necessary arrangements for this purpose.

Pricing

The prices appearing on the site are prices including VAT in euros, taking into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order. Any change in the rate may be reflected in the price of the items. drone-parts-center.com reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the price appearing in the catalogue on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the Customer. The prices indicated do not include the costs of order processing, transport and shipping which will be communicated before the validation of the order.

Orders

The Customer who wishes to purchase a product on the site must:

  • choose the items and add them to their cart;
  • validate the contents of the cart;
  • fill out the identification form on the site or register on the identification sheet where they will indicate all the requested information;
  • choose their delivery method;
  • choose the payment method;
  • accept these general terms and conditions;
  • validate their payment.

The Customer will be able to view the details of their order and its total price at any time during the order process and correct any errors before confirming to express their acceptance.

drone-parts-center.com retains ownership of the items until the order is fully paid, i.e., until the order price is received by drone-parts-center.com.

drone-parts-center.com reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute regarding the payment of a previous order.

Confirmation of the order implies acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale, acknowledgement of full knowledge of them and waiver of the right to invoke one’s own terms and conditions of purchase or other conditions. All the data provided and the recorded confirmation will be deemed proof of the transaction. The confirmation will be deemed to be signature and acceptance of the transactions carried out. The seller will communicate by e-mail confirmation of the order registered.

Payment methods

Orders placed on the site are payable in full by one of the following payment methods:

By credit card: Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, AMEX credit card or Bancontact debit card. Mollie ensures the security of payments.

By bank transfer: The order is put on hold until payment is received, and the shipment of goods will only take place from the day when drone-parts-center.com’s bank account has been validly credited. By selecting this type of payment, the buyer commits to their purchase and must make the payment. A late payment interest rate of 8% is applied from the 30th day following the order. Shipping and delivery times

drone-parts-center.com commits to deliver orders placed by the Customer within the specified timeframes. If said items have not been delivered within 30 days from the expected delivery date at the time of order, and if this delay is not related to a case of force majeure, the customer may proceed with the cancellation of the sale by sending an email to the following address: https://drone-parts-center.com/contact-sav/?

The amounts paid by the Customer will then be fully refunded.

Items marked “Made to Order” are items that drone-parts-center.com must order from the Supplier. The delivery date mentioned is purely indicative and depends on the delivery date communicated by the Supplier. drone-parts-center.com cannot be held responsible for late delivery from any of its suppliers.

The delivery method and time is specified in the item information and in the confirmation email. The service ordered before 3 p.m., delivered the next day is only valid for deliveries in Belgium and the Netherlands. This is available from Monday to Thursday. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday are sent on Monday. A possible delay cannot be a case of breach of contract. Drone parts Center cannot be held responsible.

The usual delivery times are

Belgium, Netherlands between 24h and 48h.

The rest of Europe between 2 to 9 working days.

Countries outside Europe are delivered between 2 and 14 working days. Each order comes with a tracking number that allows you to know the exact date and time of delivery.

Upon delivery by the carrier, orders whose delivery could not be completed due to a lack of arrangements (email, telephone and redirection to a relay point) for receipt and which will be returned to us, will be subject to a refund of the goods only. The refund will wait for us to receive the parcel and check it within 30 days maximum.

It is the customer’s responsibility and at their expense to place a new order.

Upon receipt of the ordered products, the Customer or the recipient must verify the good condition of the delivered item and take note of its conditions of use appearing on the user manual provided in paper form or electronically on the manufacturer’s website.

In the event that one or more of the ordered products are missing or damaged, the Customer or the recipient must express any reservations to the carrier at the latest at the time of delivery, failing which they will be time-barred.

The following are considered cases of force majeure releasing drone-parts-center.com from its obligation to deliver: war, riot, fire, strikes, accidents, and the inability to be supplied.

Where applicable, the customer agrees to pay upon receipt all taxes, duties, levies, and other present and future charges due for the delivery of said products themselves; the joint liability of drone-parts-center.com can never be engaged in this regard.

In case of non-conformity or defectiveness of a sold product, it may be returned, subject to the prior written agreement of drone-parts-center.com, who will take it back, repair it, exchange it, or refund it.

If the device is to be made compatible with the customer’s hardware, the operation is the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event of a defect, the customer can call on the technical service and the latter will determine whether a warranty is applicable or a technical intervention estimate must be drawn up.

The terms for returning the merchandise will be communicated to the Customer by email.

In the event of a return of goods that complies with the order (for example, in the event of an error by the Client during the order), the Client must first contact drone-parts-center.com who will inform the latter of his agreement to the return of the goods and the practical arrangements for this return. In this case, the shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

In any case, whether it is the use of the right of withdrawal or the return of compliant or non-compliant goods, the goods will be returned under the responsibility of the Client, in their original packaging, intact, unused and accompanied by all possible accessories (user manual and documentation). The cost of returning the product is the responsibility of the customer.

It is forbidden to enter a return request without going through email contact with our customer service. Without contact, the request will be ignored.

The most economical solution will be used for shipping. The maximum weight allowed to benefit from free shipping from the Belgian warehouse is 30kg.

Consumer’s right of withdrawal

The consumer (any natural person who acquires or uses products placed on the market for purposes excluding any professional character) has the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within a period of fourteen days.

This right is only applicable to residents in the European Union.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, physically takes possession of the goods or the last ordered item.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unambiguous statement (for example, an email to the following address: https://drone-parts-center.com/contact-sav/?).

To respect the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you transmit your communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiration of the withdrawal period.

In the event of withdrawal from this contract by you, we will only refund the payment for the goods, no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. Merchandise must be returned

We will process the refund using the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless you expressly agree to a different method; in any case, this refund will not incur any costs for you.

If you have received goods under the contract, you must return or return the goods to us without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days after you have communicated your decision to withdraw from this contract to us. This period is deemed to have been met if you return the property before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to professional clients who have a VAT number. Items that have been activated will be subject to a 20% depreciation.

By accepting these general conditions, you agree not to use the products purchased on our site drone-parts-center.com for illegal or fraudulent purposes, which includes, but is not limited to:

  • Any other criminal and reprehensible activities.

Compliance with export and anti-corruption laws

You must comply with the European Union’s export laws and regulations. You are prohibited from exporting or re-exporting any Technical Data or products that you have purchased or received from us or our affiliates, or any products directly derived from such Technical Data, to any country where such exports or re-exports are prohibited by the European Union.

Liability

For any order shipped outside Belgium, the Customer is considered to be the importer of the products ordered and will comply with the legal obligations in this regard. It is the customer’s responsibility to check the possibility of importing the products ordered with the authorities of his country.

The information indicated by the Customer, when entering the information inherent in his order, is binding on the Customer. drone-parts-center.com cannot be held responsible for errors made by the Client in the wording of the contact details of the recipient of the order (in particular delivery address and billing address) and for delays in delivery or the impossibility of delivering the products ordered that these errors may cause.

Dispute and Applicable Law

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing between the parties, disputes relating to the validity, interpretation or execution of these conditions will be submitted to the competent courts of the judicial district of Brussels Capital.

Disputes arising from the contract or in connection with it will be subject to Belgian law.
