AIRINS solutions support inspection workflows referenced in the main European and international regulatory frameworks.

Regulatory framework

EU Methane Regulation (EU 2024/1787)

The European Methane Regulation requires operators in the fossil fuel sector in Europe to set up documented and recurring LDAR programs. The MetScan and Sniffer4D solutions make it possible to carry out aerial screening of pipelines and facilities as part of these programs. The AIRINS.ai platform documents each assignment with history, contact details, reports and exports.

OGMP 2.0 (Oil & Gas Methane Partnership)

The OGMP 2.0 framework encourages reconciliation between bottom-up (at the component level) and top-down (at the site level) metrics. Drone screening is an intermediate step to locate and prioritize sources before the detailed inspection.

ICPE Directive and self-monitoring (Belgium / EU)

Classified installations are subject to obligations to self-monitor atmospheric emissions. Sniffer4D sensors provide geo-referenced and time-stamped data that can be used for monitoring records.

EU Drinking Water Directive (2020/2184) — PFAS

The directive sets thresholds for PFAS in drinking water. The Speedip V2+ allows for the collection of samples under conditions that ensure no cross-contamination.
