DJI Maintenance Basic is DJI’s official maintenance program for the DJI Matrice 400. It keeps your aircraft performing at its best through a full inspection, a deep clean, and a firmware update and calibration, all carried out at DJI’s official authorized maintenance centers.
What the service covers
The DJI Maintenance Basic Service includes an eight-point inspection covering the app self-check, a visual inspection, the propulsion system, the flight controller and image transmission system, the obstacle avoidance system, the gimbal, the remote controller and the batteries. The service also includes a deep clean of the aircraft, with rust-preventive oil applied to key metal parts to reduce the impact of sand, dust and humidity on performance. Finally, a full update and calibration is carried out: IMU calibration, compass calibration, vision system calibration, gimbal calibration, remote controller firmware update, aircraft firmware update and, where applicable, RTK system update. An official DJI maintenance report is issued once the service is complete.
Who is it for?
This service is designed for professional DJI Matrice 400 operators who want to maintain flight performance and limit the impact of wear caused by the operating environment (dust, sand, humidity), without requiring the replacement of wear parts (covered by the Standard service) or core propulsion components (covered by the Premium service, available for the DJI Matrice 400).
How it works
After purchasing from Drone Parts Center, Authorized DJI Enterprise Dealer for the Benelux, you receive a DJI Maintenance Basic activation code. The maintenance request is submitted online to DJI; your DJI Matrice 400 is then shipped to the designated official maintenance center, which carries out the Basic plan service. If damage not covered by the program is found during inspection, DJI will send you a quote before any further repair. Two-way shipping is covered by DJI in the regions supported by the program, including the European Union.
