What the service covers
DJI Care Enterprise Basic covers the replacement of your DJI Zenmuse P1 at a discounted rate in the event of accidental damage: drops, collisions, water damage or mishandling. The service entitles you to up to two replacements per year; replacement units are brand-new or equivalent to brand-new in performance and reliability. Basic subscribers also get access to DJI Care Express, DJI’s exclusive fast-track replacement channel. Flyaway coverage (loss of link or of the aircraft), free factory maintenance and free battery replacement are not included in the Basic plan: these benefits are reserved for the DJI Care Enterprise Plus program. Basic coverage can be extended through renewal, up to three consecutive years in total.

How it works
After purchasing from Drone Parts Center, Authorized DJI Enterprise Dealer for the Benelux, you receive a DJI Care Enterprise Basic activation code to bind to your DJI Zenmuse P1 on your DJI account. If accidental damage occurs, you register a case with DJI and pay the discounted replacement fee under the Basic plan; DJI then ships the replacement unit via the DJI Care Express channel once the damaged product has been received. The program is valid in the regions covered by DJI Care Enterprise, including the European Union.

Renewal is possible up to 15 days after the current contract expires, through your Authorized DJI Enterprise Dealer or the official DJI online store, up to a total of three consecutive years of coverage.
