The weight gain, without sacrificing stability or performance, allows flying in the A1 open category, without requiring a minimum safety distance of 30 meters from non-involved persons.

The DJI Mavic C1 battery, with a capacity of 4230 mAh, offers a battery life of 30 minutes. It replaces the standard 5000 mAh battery while remaining compatible with low-noise propellers and firmware v12.15.06.01, essential prerequisites for the transition to Class C1.

Please note: C1 certification is exclusively available for DJI Mavic 3E and DJI Mavic 3T. Other models like the Mavic 3M (Multispectral) and Mavic 3 Pro are not eligible for this update.
