DJI Care Enterprise Upgrade Basic vers Plus (DJI Zenmuse L2)

The DJI Care Enterprise Upgrade Basic to Plus lets you turn the DJI Care Enterprise Basic coverage already active on your DJI Zenmuse L2 into DJI Care Enterprise Plus coverage, without having to wait for your current plan to expire. This product is intended for customers who have already purchased and activated DJI Care Enterprise Basic for this device and want stronger protection.

What the upgrade covers

Once the upgrade is activated, your DJI Zenmuse L2 moves to DJI Care Enterprise Plus coverage for the remainder of your plan. Unlike Basic coverage, which limits the number of replacements and charges a replacement fee for each incident, Plus coverage offers unlimited repairs within the coverage amount tied to your device, at no extra cost as long as that amount is not exceeded. If several of your DJI Enterprise devices are covered by DJI Care Enterprise Plus and activated within the same 30 calendar day window, the coverage amounts can be shared across devices.

Who is it for?

This service is designed for professional operators who already have DJI Care Enterprise Basic active for their DJI Zenmuse L2 and want the added protection of Plus, for example ahead of a higher-risk mission or to simplify budget planning for incidents (no more replacement fee for every event). If your DJI Zenmuse L2 is not yet covered by DJI Care Enterprise, it is generally simpler to purchase DJI Care Enterprise Plus directly rather than going through this upgrade.

How it works

After purchasing from Drone Parts Center, Authorized DJI Enterprise Dealer for the Benelux, you receive a DJI Care Enterprise upgrade code. This code requires DJI Care Enterprise Basic to still be active (not expired) on the DJI Zenmuse L2 in question: the upgrade extends an existing plan, it is not a new subscription. The code is activated on the official DJI Care Enterprise portal (service.dji.com), the same place where the original Basic plan was activated and renewed. The price of this upgrade matches the official price difference between the DJI Care Enterprise Basic and Plus plans for the DJI Zenmuse L2. Contact our team before purchase to confirm the exact eligibility of your current plan.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between DJI Care Enterprise Basic and Plus?

DJI Care Enterprise Basic offers a limited number of replacements (two per year) for a replacement fee charged on each incident. DJI Care Enterprise Plus offers unlimited repairs within a coverage amount, at no charge as long as that amount is not exceeded, plus the option to share coverage across several devices activated within 30 days of the first purchase.

Do I need to already own DJI Care Enterprise Basic to buy this upgrade?

Yes. The DJI Care Enterprise Upgrade Basic to Plus extends a Basic plan already active on your DJI Zenmuse L2: it does not apply to a device that is not yet covered. If your device is not yet covered by DJI Care Enterprise, contact us to purchase DJI Care Enterprise Plus directly.

Does the upgrade price match the difference between the two plans?

Yes. The €1191 incl. VAT price of this upgrade matches the official difference between the DJI Care Enterprise Basic price (€1190 incl. VAT) and DJI Care Enterprise Plus price (€2381 incl. VAT) for the DJI Zenmuse L2 under the current DJI price list.

Does this upgrade give access to Flyaway Replacement or free maintenance?

No. The Flyaway service and the free maintenance included in DJI Care Enterprise Plus are reserved for a specific list of aircraft and do not apply to the DJI Zenmuse L2, which is a payload. For this platform, the main benefit of the upgrade remains the switch to unlimited repairs within the coverage amount, with no replacement fee for each incident.
