The DJI Care Enterprise Upgrade Basic to Plus lets you turn the DJI Care Enterprise Basic coverage already active on your DJI Matrice 30T into DJI Care Enterprise Plus coverage, without having to wait for your current plan to expire. This product is intended for customers who have already purchased and activated DJI Care Enterprise Basic for this device and want stronger protection.

What the upgrade covers

Once the upgrade is activated, your DJI Matrice 30T moves to DJI Care Enterprise Plus coverage for the remainder of your plan. Unlike Basic coverage, which limits the number of replacements and charges a replacement fee for each incident, Plus coverage offers unlimited repairs within the coverage amount tied to your device, at no extra cost as long as that amount is not exceeded. If several of your DJI Enterprise devices are covered by DJI Care Enterprise Plus and activated within the same 30 calendar day window, the coverage amounts can be shared across devices. For the DJI Matrice 30T, upgrading to DJI Care Enterprise Plus also adds Flyaway Replacement (once a year) in the event your aircraft is lost due to an accident, a service that does not exist under Basic coverage.

Who is it for?

This service is designed for professional operators who already have DJI Care Enterprise Basic active for their DJI Matrice 30T and want the added protection of Plus, for example ahead of a higher-risk mission or to simplify budget planning for incidents (no more replacement fee for every event). How it works

After purchasing from Drone Parts Center, Authorized DJI Enterprise Dealer for the Benelux, you receive a DJI Care Enterprise upgrade code. This code requires DJI Care Enterprise Basic to still be active (not expired) on the DJI Matrice 30T in question: the upgrade extends an existing plan, it is not a new subscription. The code is activated on the official DJI Care Enterprise portal (service.dji.com), the same place where the original Basic plan was activated and renewed. The price of this upgrade matches the official price difference between the DJI Care Enterprise Basic and Plus plans for the DJI Matrice 30T.
