DJI Care Enterprise Plus is DJI’s advanced protection program for the DJI Zenmuse L2. For accidental damage occurring during normal use (crash, impact, water damage, signal interference, handling error), DJI covers repair or replacement of the payload, at no extra cost, within the product’s coverage limit. No deductible applies.
What the service covers
DJI Care Enterprise Plus gives you an unlimited number of repairs or replacements within the DJI Zenmuse L2 coverage limit, at no extra cost as long as the service cost stays within that limit. Two-way shipping to the official DJI repair center is covered by DJI in the regions supported by the program, including the European Union. If several DJI Enterprise products are bound to DJI Care Enterprise Plus within 30 calendar days of the first activation, their respective coverage amounts can be pooled (shared fleet coverage).

This service is designed for professional operators running a DJI Zenmuse L2 payload on their DJI Enterprise platform who want to protect this high-value equipment against accidental damage, with no limit on the number of repairs within the coverage limit.
How it works
After purchasing from Drone Parts Center, Authorized DJI Enterprise Dealer for the Benelux, you receive a DJI Care Enterprise Plus activation code. This code must be linked online on the official DJI website, to a DJI Zenmuse L2 that is brand new and unactivated, or activated for less than 15 days. For a device activated beyond this window, a DJI video verification process is required before linking. Once linked, the service is valid for 12 months: for covered accidental damage, DJI provides a free repair or replacement within the coverage limit, with no deductible, and covers two-way shipping in the regions supported by the program, including the European Union. Renewal must take place before expiry or within 15 days after expiry, under the same plan (Basic or Plus, switching between the two is not possible).

Does the service include a deductible?
No. Neither the Basic nor the Plus plan of DJI Care Enterprise includes a deductible.
Does DJI Care Enterprise Plus cover the loss of the aircraft (flyaway)?

How do I file a claim and use DJI Care Enterprise Plus?
