What the upgrade covers

Once the upgrade is activated, your DJI Matrice 350 RTK moves to DJI Care Enterprise Plus coverage for the remainder of your plan. Unlike Basic coverage, which limits the number of replacements and charges a replacement fee for each incident, Plus coverage offers unlimited repairs within the coverage amount tied to your device, at no extra cost as long as that amount is not exceeded. If several of your DJI Enterprise devices are covered by DJI Care Enterprise Plus and activated within the same 30 calendar day window, the coverage amounts can be shared across devices. For the DJI Matrice 350 RTK, upgrading to DJI Care Enterprise Plus also adds a free official DJI factory maintenance service (once a year) and the replacement of two batteries per year in case of non-user-related failure, two benefits that are not included under Basic coverage.

The code is activated on the official DJI Care Enterprise portal (service.dji.com), the same place where the original Basic plan was activated and renewed.
