Sniffer4D Nano2+ — Drone Gas Detection & Mapping
The Sniffer4D Nano2+ is the latest addition to the AIRINS (formerly Soarability) range. Designed specifically to integrate with the DJI Matrice 4D, 4TD, and Dock 3, it allows you to perform gas detection and mapping missions manually or fully autonomously.

Nano2+ Multi-Gas — 5 configurable slots
Choose up to 5 sensor modules from a catalog of 22 references:
- Particles : PM 1/2.5/10 (from €476), TSP/PM100
- Standard gases : O₃+NO₂, NO₂, CO, SO₂, H₂S, O₂
- Specialty Gases : NH₃, HCHO, Odour (OR)
- NDIR & PID : CO₂ (NDIR), CxHy/CH₄/LEL, Odour (OR), TVOC (PID)
Nano2+ Methane — TDLAS Technology
Version dedicated to the detection of methane (CH₄) with Multi-Pass TDLAS technology:
- Linear range: 0 – 11,000 ppm
- Detection limit: 1 ppm
- Detection resolution: < 0.2 ppm (standard deviation)
- Display resolution: 0.1 ppm
Ideal for: natural gas plants, landfills, biogas sites, CH₄ screening routine.

Is the Nano2+ compatible with the DJI Dock 3 without modification?
Yes, the Sniffer4D Nano2+ is designed to work with the DJI Dock 3. In the Multi-Gas version, it does not require snorkeling (limited space in the Dock). It connects directly via the DJI Matrice 4D/4TD’s E-Port.
What is the difference between the Multi-Gas version and the Methane version?
The Multi-Gas version has 5 slots for electrochemical/optical sensors (PM, NO₂, CO, TVOC, etc.). The Methane version uses a dedicated TDLAS laser for CH₄ detection at 1 ppm. The two versions are not interchangeable.
Can I use the Nano2+ with a DJI M400 or M350?
The Nano2+ is optimized for the DJI Matrice 4D/4TD. For the M400 and M350, we recommend the Sniffer4D Mini2 which offers 8 slots and external modules.
Is the data visible in real time during the flight?
Yes, gas concentrations are displayed in real-time in the DJI Pilot app and are transmitted via 4G to AIRINS.ai for simultaneous viewing and recording.

How much gas does the Sniffer4D Nano2+ detect simultaneously?
Up to 5, chosen from 11 modules (PM, O³+NO², NO², CO, SO², H²S, NH³, OR, HCHO, TVOC, TSP). The modules can be exchanged without tools.
Is the Sniffer4D Nano2+ compatible with the DJI Dock 3?
Yes, this is the only Dock 3 compatible multi-gas sensor. Autonomous missions without an operator, compact format, no snorkeling.
Which DJI drones are compatible with the Nano2+?
Matrice 4D/4TD (native), M4E/4T (kit €300), Matrice 400 (kit €387) and Dock 3. Two simultaneous Nano2+ possible on the M400.
Is AIRINS.ai software included?
Yes. Sniffer4D Mapper and AIRINS.ai are included without a subscription for standard features.
Does the Nano2+ affect the autonomy of the drone?
Hardly. Less than 200 g, 35 to 40 minutes of flight time on Matrice 4.
