Agisoft Metashape Professional: photogrammetry for your drone surveys
Agisoft Metashape Professional processes aerial photos to produce orthomosaics, digital surface and terrain models, point clouds and textured 3D models. The software is used in surveying, inspection of structures and mapping.
Drone Parts Center is an Agisoft partner. We sell the Professional edition with four license types, commercial or educational.
Which license should you choose?
- Node-locked license: activated on one computer, transferable to another workstation
- Floating license: shared between several workstations through a license server, one workstation at a time per license
- Node-locked educational license: the node-locked license, restricted to education
- Floating educational license: the floating license, restricted to education, on request
The product pages offer packs of 1, 3, 5, 10 and 20 licenses. For any other quantity, request a quote. Floating licenses are not sold in Agisoft’s online store: they are available through a reseller.
What the license includes
- Perpetual license
- Free updates up to version 2.x.x
- Agisoft technical support by email for 12 months after first activation
- Transfer to another computer permitted; resale to a third party is prohibited under the license agreement
- Offline activation available, useful for workstations without internet access
Delivery time
The license is issued by Agisoft: the key arrives by email and the software is downloaded from the Agisoft website. Allow a few business days between your order and receipt of the key.
Educational licenses
These licenses are restricted to accredited educational institutions, their students and their teaching or research staff, for educational use only. Under Agisoft’s terms, government institutions, research institutes and museums are not eligible. Not sure whether you qualify? Ask us: we will check with Agisoft.

Is the Metashape license perpetual?
Yes. It includes free updates up to version 2.x.x and 12 months of Agisoft technical support by email, starting from first activation.
How long does it take to receive the license?
A few business days. The key is issued by Agisoft and sent by email; the software is downloaded from the Agisoft website.
What is the difference between a node-locked license and a floating license?
A node-locked license is activated on one computer and can be transferred to another workstation. A floating license is shared between several workstations through a license server, with only one workstation at a time per license.
Who can buy an educational license?
Accredited educational institutions, their students and their teaching or research staff, for educational use only. If in doubt, we check eligibility with Agisoft.
Do you sell the Standard edition of Metashape?
No. We only sell the Professional edition.
