End of support DJI Mavic 2 and Matrice 600 Pro

End of support DJI Mavic 2 and Matrice 600 Pro

It’s now official: DJI confirms the end of support for DJI Mavic 2 and Matrice 600 Pro for 2026. After the announced deadlines, no more repairs, no more spare parts and no more technical assistance will be available from the manufacturer. As a DJI Certified Repair Center in Belgium, we invite our customers who have purchased their drone from Drone Parts Center to schedule their final maintenance without delay. In order to process your request on time, you must send us your device at least 3 weeks before the end of support date.

End of support DJI Mavic 2 and Matrice 600: the official schedule

DJI has published the precise dates on its official suspension page. This announcement is part of DJI’s regular end-of-service 2026 program, which already includes more than 100 products that have been retired in recent years. Here is the complete schedule for the models still affected:

  • DJI Mavic 2 Enterprise Zoom — End of Support May 29, 2026
  • DJI Mavic 2 Enterprise Dual — end of support on May 29, 2026
  • DJI Matrice 600 Pro — end of support on May 29, 2026
  • DJI Mavic 2 Pro — end of support on August 31, 2026

Note: the DJI Mavic 2 Zoom has already lost its support on March 31, 2026. Therefore, if you own this model, no official DJI intervention is possible anymore.

Specifically, after these dates, DJI will cease all forms of support. The company will no longer provide repairs, replacement parts or technical support for these models and their accessories. In other words, any intervention must be carried out before these deadlines.

This announcement is part of a broader movement. Indeed, DJI has already removed support for the Mavic Air, Phantom 4, Spark and Mavic Mini. However, for the Enterprise and Matrice 600 Pro models, the impact is particularly significant for drone professionals in Belgium and Europe.

Why act now: send your drone 15 days before the end of support

Drones that have marked the history of professional flying

DJI Mavic 2 Pro: The Hasselblad Portable Revolution

Launched in August 2018, the Mavic 2 Pro redefined aerial photography. Its 1-inch CMOS sensor, combined with Hasselblad colorimetry, has democratized professional drone imaging. In addition, its adjustable aperture and 10-bit Dlog-M profile made it a cinematic creation tool. Thousands of videographers and aerial photographers owe him their first professional images.

Mavic 2 Enterprise Zoom and Dual: allies of civil security

The Mavic 2 Enterprise Zoom brought optical zoom into a portable format. This allowed law enforcement and inspection teams to obtain accurate visuals without getting dangerously close. As for the DJI Mavic 2 Enterprise Dual, its built-in FLIR thermal sensor has made it a must-have tool for firefighters and search and rescue teams.

In addition, the modular accessories (2400 lumen projector, 100 dB speaker, strobe beacon) transformed these drones into real multifunction platforms. Even today, many civil security and professional intervention teams rely on these devices on a daily basis.

Matrice 600 Pro: industrial power

Introduced around 2016, the Matrice 600 Pro was a hexacopter designed for heavy loads. He was carrying RED cinema cameras on Ronin-MX. Hollywood used it, industrial operators trusted it, and researchers pushed it to its limits. Admittedly, it was neither compact nor silent. However, no other drone of the time could compete with its payload capacity and mission reliability.

What alternatives to replace your drone after the end of support?

The end of DJI Mavic 2 support also marks the perfect time for an upgrade. DJI now offers significantly more powerful platforms. Here are our recommendations according to your professional use:
