DJI Maintenance Standard is DJI’s official maintenance program for the DJI Matrice 4T, including everything covered by the Basic service plus the replacement of commonly worn parts. It keeps your aircraft in excellent flying condition over time by proactively addressing wear caused by intensive professional use.
What the service covers
The DJI Maintenance Standard Service includes the full eight-point inspection (app self-check, visual inspection, propulsion system, flight controller and image transmission, obstacle avoidance system, gimbal, remote controller, batteries), the deep clean with rust-preventive oil applied to key metal parts, and the full update and calibration (IMU, compass, vision system, gimbal, remote controller and aircraft firmware, RTK update where applicable) from the Basic service. It adds the replacement of the following commonly worn parts: upper shell module, motor base lower cover, landing gear module, antenna module, propellers, gimbal protector, gimbal rubber damper, gimbal drop-proof cable and screws/bolts. An official DJI maintenance report is issued once the service is complete.

This service is designed for professional DJI Matrice 4T operators facing intensive use or demanding operating conditions (job sites, repeated inspections, dusty or humid environments) who want to proactively replace the parts most exposed to wear before a failure occurs.
How it works
After purchasing from Drone Parts Center, Authorized DJI Enterprise Dealer for the Benelux, you receive a DJI Maintenance Standard activation code. The maintenance request is submitted online to DJI; your DJI Matrice 4T is then shipped to the designated official maintenance center, which carries out the Standard plan service, including the replacement of the wear parts listed above. If damage not covered by the program is found during inspection, DJI will send you a quote before any further repair. Two-way shipping is covered by DJI in the regions supported by the program, including the European Union.

What is the difference between the Basic, Standard and Premium services?
The Basic service includes the full inspection, deep clean, and update and calibration of the aircraft. The Standard service adds the replacement of commonly worn parts (shell, propellers, landing gear, antenna, etc.). The Premium service, available for the DJI Matrice 400, also includes the replacement of core propulsion components (motors, arms).
When should I subscribe to this program?
DJI recommends choosing a maintenance plan based on total flight time or time since activation of your DJI Matrice 4T. The Standard service is particularly suited to fleets under intensive use. Contact Drone Parts Center to determine the plan best suited to your usage.
What are the timelines and coverage area?
The DJI Maintenance Standard activation code is valid for 24 months from the purchase date, in the regions covered by the program (including the European Union). Two-way shipping of the aircraft to the maintenance center is covered by DJI in these regions.
Where is the maintenance carried out?
Maintenance is carried out at DJI’s official authorized maintenance centers. Drone Parts Center manages your case, with support provided by our technical center for DPC customers.
