DJI Maintenance Premium is DJI’s most complete official maintenance program for the DJI Matrice 400. It includes everything covered by the Basic and Standard services, plus the replacement of core propulsion components, keeping your aircraft at the highest level of performance and reliability.
What the service covers
The DJI Maintenance Premium Service includes the full eight-point inspection (app self-check, visual inspection, propulsion system, flight controller and image transmission, obstacle avoidance system, gimbal, remote controller, batteries), the deep clean with rust-preventive oil, the full update and calibration (IMU, compass, vision system, gimbal, remote controller and aircraft firmware, RTK update where applicable), and the wear-part replacement from the Standard service (upper shell module, motor base lower cover, landing gear module, antenna module, propellers, gimbal protector, gimbal damper, gimbal drop-proof cable, screws/bolts). It additionally includes the replacement of core propulsion components: motors, arm module, upper shell module, motor base lower cover, landing gear module, antenna module, propellers, gimbal cover, gimbal rubber damper and screws/bolts. An official DJI maintenance report is issued once the service is complete.
Who is it for?
This service is designed for professional DJI Matrice 400 operators running intensive operations (repeated missions, critical operations, drone-in-a-box deployments) who want to guarantee maximum propulsion system reliability over time and limit downtime caused by wear.
How it works
After purchasing from Drone Parts Center, Authorized DJI Enterprise Dealer for the Benelux, you receive a DJI Maintenance Premium activation code. The maintenance request is submitted online to DJI; your DJI Matrice 400 is then shipped to the designated official maintenance center, which carries out the Premium plan service, including the replacement of the core components listed above. If damage not covered by the program is found during inspection, DJI will send you a quote before any further repair. Two-way shipping is covered by DJI in the regions supported by the program, including the European Union.
