Drone-Clinic and DJI Care Enterprise: what is the difference?

If your drone is covered by a DJI Care Enterprise plan, the manufacturer’s protection programme we distribute as an Authorized Dealer for DJI Enterprise, a claim follows the process defined by the terms of that contract. Our team supports you in opening and following up the case.

For anything outside a DJI Care Enterprise contract, whether a one-off repair or planned preventive and corrective maintenance, Drone-Clinic takes over for our Drone Parts Center and PIM Consult customers.

How to request a repair

STEP 1

Contact us

Via our Drone Parts Center after-sales service or directly via the Drone-Clinic repair request form, describing the issue encountered.

STEP 2

Our technicians carry out a technical diagnostic and send you a detailed quote. No repair is carried out without your prior approval.

STEP 3

Ship or drop off the device

At our workshop in Nivelles, or by appointment.
