The principle: Keep flying while we repair
The Zen Plus Pack works like mobility insurance. If your drone or payload needs to be immobilized in our workshop for maintenance or after-sales service:
The Zen Plus commitment: We don’t leave you without a work tool. An equivalent loan unit (machine or sensor) is made available to you to enable you to honour your contracts without delay.
Logistics Availability (Nivelles, Belgium)
Our stock of courtesy equipment is centralized in Nivelles for maximum responsiveness. You have two options in the event of a breakdown:
- Option A (Recommended) – The “Pit Stop” in Nivelles: Come and drop off your defective equipment and leave immediately with the loaner drone. It is the fastest and 100% free solution.
- Option B – On-site shipping: Can’t make it? We can ship the loan material directly to your place of intervention (in Belgium or Europe). Note: The transport costs (round trip) are calculated according to your location and remain at your expense.
Training and Technical Expertise
Beyond the equipment, the Zen Plus Pack gives you access to our know-how:
- Getting started training: Carried out on our premises or remotely at the time of purchase, to master the subtleties of your new machine.
- Priority Support: A direct line to our experts. Your tickets go ahead of the others for a quick diagnosis (targeted < response 4 working hours).
What to do in the event of a breakdown?
- Contact: Call your priority line for a pre-diagnosis.
- Validation: If immobilization is necessary, we reserve your loaner equipment.
- Exchange:
- On site (Nivelles): Immediate standard exchange at the counter.
- At a distance: Validation of the transport quote and shipment of the relay.
- Repair: You work with the loan while we repair your drone.
- Restitution: Once your drone is ready, we proceed with the reverse exchange.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
Is the loaner equipment mine definitively?
No. This is a temporary courtesy solution. This is equipment from our rental fleet that you use for the duration of the repair. You must return it to us (in good condition) to get your own equipment back once repaired.
What are the costs if I can’t come to Nivelles?
If you opt for shipping, we will charge you the actual shipping costs (secure transport with insurance) for sending the loaner equipment and returning your defective equipment. The amount depends on your delivery address and the weight of the package.
Is the Zen Plus Pack a subscription?
No, it is a one-time payment with the purchase of the drone that covers access to the service and the loan fleet for 2 years.
