The Maintenance Program allows you to benefit from a maintenance operation on your DJI Mavic 2 Advanced drone. Three versions are available and allow for a more or less thorough control of your equipment:

• Premium

Depending on the chosen version, technicians will perform various actions: deep cleaning of the drone and its components, calibrations and updates, replacement of wear parts or key drone elements. Please note that any repair deemed necessary after the technician’s diagnosis is subject to your approval via a quote. A maintenance report is attached upon return of your device.

How to benefit from the maintenance operation once the Maintenance Program is purchased?

You will receive a maintenance code from our services. This code is to be provided to Drone-clinic.be to benefit from the support and service.

1. Go to the online repair service of Drone-clinic.be.
2. Click on “Repair Request”.
3. Enter your receiving address (for the return after maintenance).
4. Enter the drone’s serial number in the field.
5. Enter the maintenance code.
6. Verify the displayed information.
7. Validate.

Once these operations are completed, you will receive all the information from Drone-Clinic.be to proceed with sending your equipment, including your service number. You will then be able to track the progress of the operation on your dashboard.
