General terms and conditions of online sales
Purpose of the contract
The purpose of these general terms of sale is to set out the contractual provisions between the company PIM-CONSULT SRL, whose registered office is located at Avenue de la Chasse 135, 1040 Brussels, banque carrefour des entreprises 0765 467 085. (hereinafter referred to as "Drone-Parts-Center.com") and the Customer.
The acquisition of a property through the site Drone Parts Center (hereinafter referred to as "the site") implies acceptance without reservation by the buyer of these conditions of sale.
drone-parts-center.com reserves the right to modify its conditions of sale at any time. In this case, the applicable conditions will be those in effect at the date of the order by the Customer.
Characteristics of the articles offered for sale
The items offered are those listed in the catalogue published on the site. Each product is accompanied by a description established by drone-parts-center.com. The photographs in the catalog are as accurate as possible, but can not ensure a perfect similarity with the article offered, especially with regard to colors. The products presented on the site are offered within the limits of available stocks.
In the event that certain items require assembly - more or less complex - or preparatory work, the customer is solely responsible for the arrangements to be made to this effect.
Rates
The prices shown on the site are inclusive of tax in euros, taking into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order. Any change in the rate may be reflected in the price of items. drone-parts-center.com reserves the right to change prices at any time, provided that the price listed in the catalog on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the Customer. Prices do not include order processing, transportation and shipping costs that will be communicated before the validation of the order.
Orders
The Customer who wishes to buy a product on the site must obligatorily :
- choose the items and add them to your cart ;
- validate the contents of the basket ;
- Fill in the identification form on the site or register on the identification form on which it will indicate all the contact details requested ;
- choose your delivery method ;
- choose your payment method ;
- accept the present general terms and conditions;
- validate his payment.
The Customer may at any time during the ordering process view the details of his order as well as its total price and correct any errors, before confirming it to express his acceptance.
The Customer will receive an order confirmation e-mail.
drone-parts-center.com reserves the property of the articles until the complete payment of the order, that is to say the collection of the price of the order by drone-parts-center.com.
drone-parts-center.com reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute over payment of a previous order.
Confirmation of the order implies acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale, the acknowledgement of having perfect knowledge of them and the renunciation to avail oneself of one's own terms and conditions of purchase or other conditions. All the data provided and the recorded confirmation will serve as proof of the transaction. The confirmation will be worth signature and acceptance of the operations carried out. The seller will communicate by e-mail confirmation of the registered order.
Terms of payment
Orders placed on the site are payable in cash by one of the following means of payment:
By credit card: Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, AMEX or Bancontact debit card. Mollie ensures the security of payments.
By bank transfer: The order is put on hold until the payment is received and the shipment of the goods will take place only from the day when the bank account of drone-parts-center.com has been validly credited. By selecting this type of payment, the buyer commits himself for his purchase and must make the payment. A late payment interest rate of 8% is applied from the 30th day following the order. Mollie ensures the security of the payments.
By bank payment solution KBC/CBC Payment Button, Belfius Direct Net, ING Home'Pay, IDEAL. Mollie ensures the security of payments.
Payment in instalments with Alma
Payment by instalments/deferred payment is available through our partner Alma. The security of payments is ensured by Alma and its service providers. All payments are protected by 3D Secure.
Amount of purchases
- P2X: Only purchases between €300 and €2000 are eligible for payment with Alma.
- P3X: Only purchases between 300 € and 2000 € are eligible for payment with Alma.
- P4X: Only purchases between 300 € and 2000 € are eligible for payment with Alma.
Fees
When paying in installments with Alma, the Customer pays a fee of :
- P2X: 0.70% per transaction
- P3X: 1.40% per transaction
- P4X: 2.30% per transaction
Alma is a telepayment manager and issues an electronic certificate which will be considered as proof of the amount and date of the transaction in accordance with the provisions of articles 1316 and following of the civil code.
Accepted countries
Countries accepted for the Customer : Austria, Belgium, Germany, Spain, France, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Portugal.
Cancellation
Any termination of the GTC between the Seller and the customer will result in the termination of the GTC between Alma and the customer.
Shipping and delivery times
drone-parts-center.com undertakes to deliver the orders placed by the Customer within the specified time limits. If the said articles have not been delivered within 30 days of the delivery date provided for in the order, and if this delay is not linked to a case of force majeure, the customer may cancel the sale by sending an email to the following address: info@drone-parts-center.com
The sums paid by the Customer will then be fully refunded.
Items marked "On Order" are items that drone-parts-center.com must order from the Supplier. The delivery date mentioned is purely indicative and depends on the delivery date communicated by the Supplier. drone-parts-center.com cannot be held responsible for late delivery by one of its suppliers.
The method and time of delivery is specified in the information referring to the article and in the confirmation e-mail. The service ordered before 3pm, delivered the next day is only valid for deliveries in Belgium and the Netherlands. This service is available from Monday to Thursday. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday are sent on Monday. A possible delay cannot be a case of breach of contract. Drone parts Center cannot be held responsible.
The usual delivery times are
Belgium, Netherlands between 24 and 48 hours.
The rest of Europe between 2 and 9 working days.
Countries outside Europe are delivered between 2 and 14 working days. Each order is accompanied by a tracking number that allows you to know the exact date and time of delivery.
At the time of the delivery by the conveyor, the orders whose delivery could not succeed by lack of provisions (email, telephone and redirection in a point relay) for the reception and which will be turned over to us, will be the subject of a refunding of the goods only. The refund will await the receipt of the package by us and its control within 30 days.
At the expense of the customer to make a new order.
Upon receipt of the products ordered, the Customer or the recipient must check the good condition of the goods delivered and take note of the conditions of use set out in the instructions for use provided to him on paper or electronically on the manufacturer's website.
In the event that one or more of the products ordered are missing or damaged, the Customer or the recipient must express any reservations to the carrier at the latest at the time of delivery, failing which they will be subject to foreclosure.
Are considered force majeure discharging drone-parts-center.com from its obligation to deliver: war, riot, fire, strikes, accidents and the inability to be supplied.
If necessary, the client agrees to pay upon receipt of goods, all taxes, rights, duties, fees and other shipping charges, present and future, due upon delivery of the Products themselves; it being understood that drone-parts-center.com shall in no way be held responsible for making said payments.
In case of non-conformity or defect of a product sold, it may be returned, with the prior written consent of drone-parts-center.com, to the latter who will take it back, repair it, exchange it or refund it.
If the device has to be made compatible with the customer's equipment, the operation is the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event of a defect, the customer may call on the technical service department, which will determine whether a warranty is applicable or whether a technical intervention estimate should be drawn up.
The modalities of taking back the goods will be communicated to the Customer by e-mail.
All claims, requests for exchange or refund must be made electronically in English or French at info@drone-parts-center.com
In case of return of goods in conformity (for example, in case of error of the Customer during the order), the Customer must first contact drone-parts-center.com which will inform the latter of its agreement as to the return of the goods and as to the practical modalities of this return. In this case the shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
In any case, whether it is the use of the right of withdrawal or the return of a conforming or non-conforming merchandise, the goods will be returned under the responsibility of the Customer, in their original packaging, intact, unused and accompanied by all possible accessories (instructions for use and documentation). The cost of returning the product is the responsibility of the customer.
It is forbidden to enter a return request without contacting our customer service by email. Without contact the request will be ignored.

The most economical solution will be used for shipping. The maximum weight allowed for free delivery from the Belgian warehouse is 30kg.
Right of withdrawal for consumers
The consumer (any natural person who acquires or uses products placed on the market for purposes which are not of a professional nature) has the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within fourteen days.
This right is only applicable to residents of the European Union.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, takes physical possession of the goods or the last goods ordered.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unambiguous statement (for example, an e-mail to the following address: info@drone-parts-center.com).
In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send your communication on the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
If you withdraw from this contract, we will only refund the payment for the goods, at the latest 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. The goods must be returned
We will issue a refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree to a different method, in which case there will be no charge to you.
If you have received goods under the contract, you must return or surrender the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days after you have communicated your decision to withdraw from this contract. This period shall be deemed to have been observed if you return the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to business customers who have a VAT number. Items that have been activated will be subject to a 20% discount.

drone-parts-center.com respects the privacy of the Customer and is committed to protecting his personal data.
By giving their consent when entering their personal data on this site, the Customer consents to the collection and use of their personal data in the manner defined below.

Similarly, any hypertext links to the site are prohibited unless written permission from drone-parts-center.com.
Illegal activities
By accepting these terms and conditions, you agree not to use products purchased from our drone-parts-center.com site for any illegal or fraudulent purpose, which includes, but is not limited to:
- Use for criminal purposes, such as money laundering or terrorist financing.
- Use to spy on or illegally monitor the activities of third parties.
- All other criminal and reprehensible activities.
Export and anti-corruption compliance
You must comply with the export laws and regulations of the European Union. You may not export or re-export any technical data or products purchased or received by you from us or our subsidiaries, or any products directly derived from such technical data, to any country where such export or re-export is prohibited by the European Union.
You must also comply with the provisions of all applicable anti-bribery laws, including the OECD Convention on Combating Bribery of Foreign Public Officials ("OECD").
Responsibility
drone-parts-center.com, in the process of selling online, is bound only by an obligation of means. Its responsibility can not be held liable for any damage resulting from the use of the Internet such as data loss, intrusion, viruses, disruption of service, or other unintended problems.
For all orders shipped outside Belgium, the Customer is considered as the importer of the products ordered and will fulfil the legal obligations in this respect. It is up to the Customer to check the possibility of importing the ordered products with the authorities of his country.
The information provided by the Customer, when entering the information inherent to his order, is binding. drone-parts-center.com can not be held responsible for errors made by the Customer in the wording of the contact information of the recipient of the order (including delivery address and billing address) and delivery delays or inability to deliver the products ordered that these errors could cause.
Litigation and applicable law
Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing between the parties, any disputes relating to the validity, interpretation or execution of these conditions shall be submitted to the competent courts of the judicial district of Brussels Capital.
Disputes arising out of or in connection with the contract shall be subject to Belgian law.
