Terms of payment

Orders placed on the site are payable in cash by one of the following means of payment:

By bank transfer: The order is put on hold until the payment is received and the shipment of the goods will take place only from the day when the bank account of has been validly credited. Payment in instalments with Alma

Payment by instalments/deferred payment is available through our partner Alma. The security of payments is ensured by Alma and its service providers. All payments are protected by 3D Secure.

Amount of purchases

  • P2X: Only purchases between €300 and €2000 are eligible for payment with Alma.
  • P3X: Only purchases between 300 € and 2000 € are eligible for payment with Alma.
  • P4X: Only purchases between 300 € and 2000 € are eligible for payment with Alma.


When paying in installments with Alma, the Customer pays a fee of :

  • P2X: 0.70% per transaction
  • P3X: 1.40% per transaction
  • P4X: 2.30% per transaction

Alma is a telepayment manager and issues an electronic certificate which will be considered as proof of the amount and date of the transaction in accordance with the provisions of articles 1316 and following of the civil code.

Countries accepted for the Customer : Austria, Belgium, Germany, Spain, France, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Portugal.


Any termination of the GTC between the Seller and the customer will result in the termination of the GTC between Alma and the customer.

Shipping and delivery times undertakes to deliver the orders placed by the Customer within the specified time limits. If the said articles have not been delivered within 30 days of the delivery date provided for in the order, and if this delay is not linked to a case of force majeure, the customer may cancel the sale by sending an email to the following address:

Items marked "On Order" are items that must order from the Supplier. The delivery date mentioned is purely indicative and depends on the delivery date communicated by the Supplier. cannot be held responsible for late delivery by one of its suppliers.

The method and time of delivery is specified in the information referring to the article and in the confirmation e-mail. The service ordered before 3pm, delivered the next day is only valid for deliveries in Belgium and the Netherlands. This service is available from Monday to Thursday. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday are sent on Monday. A possible delay cannot be a case of breach of contract. Drone parts Center cannot be held responsible.

The usual delivery times are 

Belgium, Netherlands between 24 and 48 hours.

The rest of Europe between 2 and 9 working days.

Countries outside Europe are delivered between 2 and 14 working days. Each order is accompanied by a tracking number that allows you to know the exact date and time of delivery.

At the time of the delivery by the conveyor, the orders whose delivery could not succeed by lack of provisions (email, telephone and redirection in a point relay) for the reception and which will be turned over to us, will be the subject of a refunding of the goods only. The refund will await the receipt of the package by us and its control within 30 days.

In case of non-conformity or defect of a product sold, it may be returned, with the prior written consent of, to the latter who will take it back, repair it, exchange it or refund it.

If the device has to be made compatible with the customer's equipment, the operation is the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event of a defect, the customer may call on the technical service department, which will determine whether a warranty is applicable or whether a technical intervention estimate should be drawn up.

In case of return of goods in conformity (for example, in case of error of the Customer during the order), the Customer must first contact which will inform the latter of its agreement as to the return of the goods and as to the practical modalities of this return. In this case the shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

In any case, whether it is the use of the right of withdrawal or the return of a conforming or non-conforming merchandise, the goods will be returned under the responsibility of the Customer, in their original packaging, intact, unused and accompanied by all possible accessories (instructions for use and documentation). The most economical solution will be used for shipping. The maximum weight allowed for free delivery from the Belgian warehouse is 30kg.

Right of withdrawal for consumers

The consumer (any natural person who acquires or uses products placed on the market for purposes which are not of a professional nature) has the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within fourteen days.

This right is only applicable to residents of the European Union. 

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, takes physical possession of the goods or the last goods ordered.

Litigation and applicable law
