The Sniffer4D Nuclear Radiation Detector's detection method is based on an energy-compensated Geiger-Müller counter. It offers a theoretical resolution of 0.05μSv/h with a detection range of 0.083μSv/h to 3.5mSv/h. Its sensitivity is 1.2μGy/h for a 60Co radiation source. The energy range covered is 30KeV to 3MeV, with a power consumption of 0.2W. Warm-up time is around 40 seconds, and background level is 10CPM.
It operates in temperatures ranging from -35°C to 80°C and has an estimated lifetime of 8.3×10^8μSv (10^9 pulses), offering high sensitivity and reliable data.
