The Maintenance Program allows you to benefit from a maintenance operation on your DJI Matrice 300 RTK drone.
Three versions are available and allow more or less control over your equipment:

- Standard
- Premium
Depending on the version chosen, the technicians will perform different actions: deep cleaning of the drone and its components, calibrations and updates, replacement of worn parts or key elements of the drone.

Once the product is ordered, Drone-Parts-Center will send you a maintenance code that you will have to communicate to Drone-Clinic.be to launch the service. All the actions carried out on the drone will be carried out by experts who will guarantee you an exceptional quality of service with the adequate tools.
Please note that any repairs that are deemed necessary after the technician's diagnosis are subject to your approval by way of an estimate.
A maintenance report is included with the return of your unit.

How to benefit from the maintenance operation once the Maintenance Program is purchased?
You will receive from our services a code of maintenance. This code is to provide to Drone-clinic.be to benefit from the support and the service.
- Go to the repair service of Drone-clinic.be.
- Click on "Repair Request".
- Fill in your receiving address (for the return of maintenance).
- Enter the drone's serial number in the field.
- Enter the maintenance code.
- Check the information displayed.
- Validate.
Once these operations carried out, you will receive all information of Drone-Clinic.be to proceed to the sending of your material, in particular your number of service. You will be able to thus consult the progress of the operation on your dashboard.
