Pliabot® Orion AP3-P3 – Aerial Cleaning System for DJI Drones

The Pliabot® Orion AP3-P3 is a flexible, captive aerial cleaning system. It is designed for high-altitude operations in complex environments. Compatible with DJI Matrice M300 and M350RTKdrones, this system offers high-pressure cleaning power of up to 20 MPa. It can cover up to 800 square meters per hour. Thanks to its flexible joint and multi-angle adjustment, theAP3-P3 maneuvers easily in tight spaces. As a result, it enables in-depth cleaning of hard-to-reach areas.

The Orion AP3-P3 supports an uninterrupted captive water supply, guaranteeing continuous cleaning. This system is ideal for demanding tasks such as cleaning exterior walls, photovoltaic panels and glass roofs. What’s more, when combined with the Dronavia Kronoskit, it becomes compatible with the standard EU STS-01 scenario. This enables operations at heights of up to 15 meters.

Outside this range, however, theAP3-P3 can be used at heights of up to 50 meters. This feature is ideal for cleaning at very high altitudes. What’s more, its adaptive gimbal and real-time laser detection ensure enhanced stability and safety.

The kit includes modular nozzles (high-pressure, low-pressure, foam) for various surfaces. Installation is quick and the system is protected to IP55. As a result, the AP3-P3 effectively replaces manual operations at high altitudes, offering long-term safety and savings.
