Here is a step-by-step guide on how to perform an offline update on DJI Assistant 2, on your DJI M300 RTK drone. This is an important process that can help you get the most out of your equipment. Here’s how to do it:<\/p>\n\n

  1. Visit the dedicated M300 RTK page on DJI’s official website: https:\/\/enterprise.dji.com\/matrice-300\/downloads. Here you can download the firmware pack version v57.00.01.00 for offline updating.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. It is important to note that each drone must be connected to a computer individually for the update, as the DJI Assistant 2 does not allow multiple DJI devices to be updated simultaneously.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Make sure you have a good internet connection and that your DJI drone is powered with a battery level of at least 25%.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. To get started, launch DJI Assistant 2 (version v2.1.9) and log in with your DJI Account. An important point to note, the M300 RTK is not compatible with the Mac version, so you will need a computer running Windows.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Once logged in, locate the “Update Offline” button on the left side and click on it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

  9. Once linked, go to the “Data Privacy” option in the top left corner of the DJI Pilot 2 homepage. Here, choose “Clear DJI Device Log” “Select Device” “Select Device” (be careful NOT to select the remote controller). Confirm the selection of your drone, then click “Wipe Selected Device Data”. Once the data is cleared, you can use the RC Plus with your M300 RTK.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

    A small note to finish: when using the M300 RTK + RC Plus combination for the first time, you will need to use this DJI Assistant 2 offline update. Once this first update is done, subsequent updates to your M300 RTK + RC Plus combination can be done via “Update All Apps” \/ “Offline App Update” \/ “DJI Assistant 2 Firmware Update”.<\/p>\n\n

    Finally, be aware that if your M300 RTK is updated to a compatible firmware version that supports RC Plus, it will not<\/p>\n\n

    can no longer be paired or used with a Smart Controller. If you need to use the Smart Controller again, you will need to perform the DJI Assistant 2 offline update to update the firmware of your M300 RTK to version v07.00.01.00.<\/p>\n\n
