    • Particularity<\/strong> : the first PDRA granted by the authorities is linked to the geographical locations mentioned in the file, i.e. the authorization is only valid for these addresses. A PDRA authorisation without any location constraints on Belgian territory is only possible after having submitted several PDRAs accepted by the DGTA. The aim is for the DGTA to establish trust with the operator through on-site control.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

        The only notable difference is in costs. Currently, the submission of an application is free of charge in Luxembourg.<\/p>\n\n

        From 1 January 2024, new regulations will come into force:<\/p>\n\n
