In order to process your request on time, you must send us your device <strong>at least 3 weeks before the end of support date<\/strong>.   <\/p>\n\n\n<h2>End of support DJI Mavic 2 and Matrice 600: the official schedule<\/h2>\n\n<p>DJI has published the precise dates on its <a href=\"https:\/\/support.dji.com\/help\/content?customId=01700007185&#038;spaceId=17&#038;re=US&#038;lang=en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">official suspension page<\/a>. This announcement is part of <strong>DJI&#8217;s regular end-of-service 2026<\/strong> program, which already includes more than 100 products that have been retired in recent years. Therefore, if you own this model, no official DJI intervention is possible anymore. <\/p>\n\n<p>Specifically, after these dates, DJI will cease all forms of support. The company will no longer provide repairs, replacement parts or technical support for these models and their accessories. In other words, any intervention must be carried out <strong>before these deadlines<\/strong>.  <\/p>\n\n<p>This announcement is part of a broader movement. Indeed, DJI has already removed support for the Mavic Air, Phantom 4, Spark and Mavic Mini.
