class=\"dpc-proc-btn alt\" href=\"https:\/\/drone-parts-center.com\/procedures-dji\/\">All DJI procedures<\/a><\/div>\r\n<h2>At a glance<\/h2>\r\n  <p class=\"lead\">A DJI Care Enterprise code purchased from Drone Parts Center only protects your device once it has been activated and bound to the device&#8217;s serial number on the DJI website. This binding must be done within a short time after the device is activated.<\/p>\r\n  <div class=\"grid2\">\r\n    <div class=\"card\">\r\n      <h3>Basic<\/h3>\r\n      <p style=\"margin:0\">In case of accidental damage, two replacements during the 12-month coverage period, each for a small additional fee. The 2-year plan offers up to four replacements and the official warranty on covered components for its duration.<\/p>\r\n    <\/div>\r\n    <div class=\"card\">\r\n      <h3>Plus<\/h3>\r\n      <p style=\"margin:0\">Free repair or replacement in case of accidental damage, up to the coverage amount. Coverage can be shared between several devices bound within 30 days, and a replacement service is available in case of loss in flight (flyaway), subject to a replacement fee.<\/p>\r\n    <\/div>\r\n  <\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n  <h2>Deadlines to meet<\/h2>\r\n  <p>You can bind a DJI Care Enterprise code if your device is in one of these situations:<\/p>\r\n  <ul class=\"check\">\r\n    <li>it is new and not yet activated;<\/li>\r\n    <li>it was activated <strong>less than 15 days ago<\/strong> (less than 30 days for a DJI Dock 4);<\/li>\r\n    <li>it was repaired by an official DJI service center less than 72 hours ago.<\/li>\r\n  <\/ul>\r\n  <div class=\"note warn\"><strong>Deadline passed?<\/strong> If the device is still under warranty, DJI requires a verification video, recorded according to its tutorial and sent by email to the address given in its FAQ (videoverification@dji.com). DJI replies within 1 to 3 business days. Once approved, the code must be purchased and bound within 72 hours. If the device is out of warranty, it must first be sent for inspection through DJI&#8217;s online repair request. Contact Drone Parts Center before buying the code.<\/div>\r\n  <p>The plan and the device must have been purchased in the same country or region, from an official or authorized DJI sales channel.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n  <h2>Before you start<\/h2>\r\n  <ul class=\"check\">\r\n    <li>The DJI Care Enterprise <strong>activation code<\/strong>, provided by Drone Parts Center<\/li>\r\n    <li>The <strong>serial number<\/strong> of the device. In DJI Pilot 2, with the aircraft linked to the remote controller: <span class=\"ui\">Camera View &gt; \u00b7\u00b7\u00b7 &gt; About<\/span> (flight controller serial number)<\/li>\r\n    <li>Your contact details<\/li>\r\n  <\/ul>\r\n  <div class=\"note\"><strong>Plan included with the device (auto-activation version)?<\/strong> You have no code to enter: the DJI Care Enterprise binding page appears in the app used to activate the device. If you skip it, DJI automatically binds the plan within 24 hours using the details of the account used for activation.<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n  <h2>Binding, step by step<\/h2>\r\n\r\n  <div class=\"step\"><div class=\"num\">1<\/div><div class=\"body\">\r\n    <h3>Open the DJI binding page<\/h3>\r\n    <p>Go to <a href=\"https:\/\/service.dji.com\/enterprise\/guide\">service.dji.com\/enterprise\/guide<\/a> and choose the card that matches your purchase: <span class=\"ui\">DJI Care Enterprise Basic<\/span> or <span class=\"ui\">DJI Care Enterprise Plus<\/span> for a first subscription, <span class=\"ui\">Renewed<\/span> for a renewal.<\/p>\r\n    <figure class=\"w75\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/drone-parts-center.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/procedure-dji-c1-guide.webp\" loading=\"lazy\" alt=\"activate dji care enterprise\"><figcaption>\u201cBind Your DJI Care Enterprise\u201d page. With DJI Care Enterprise Plus, several codes bound at the same time automatically share their coverage; otherwise, the <span class=\"ui\">Bind More Devices<\/span> option lets you add other devices to the shared coverage within 30 days of the first activation.<\/p>\r\n  <\/div><\/div>\r\n\r\n  <div class=\"step\"><div class=\"num\">4<\/div><div class=\"body\">\r\n    <h3>Enter your personal information<\/h3>\r\n    <p>Fill in your contact details and confirm. Screenshot: DJI website, October 2026.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\r\n  <\/div><\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n  <h2>Good to know<\/h2>\r\n  <ul class=\"plain\">\r\n    <li><strong>Coverage for loss in flight (Plus).<\/strong> To be eligible, bind your DJI account and the remote controller to the aircraft in advance, in DJI Pilot 2: <span class=\"ui\">Settings &gt; Device Management<\/span>. Without this binding, flyaway coverage cannot be claimed.<\/li>\r\n    <li><strong>Renewal.<\/strong> It is bound on the same page, using the <span class=\"ui\">Renewed<\/span> card, before the expiry date or no later than 15 days after it. Basic renews as Basic and Plus as Plus.<\/li>\r\n    <li><strong>Maintenance included depending on the model.<\/strong> For some devices, DJI Care Enterprise includes a free Standard maintenance, to be used during the coverage period. With Basic: Matrice 30 and 30T, Mavic 3E, 3T, 3M and Mavic 3T Advanced. With Plus: the same models, as well as Matrice 350 RTK, Matrice 30T Dock version, Matrice 3D and 3TD.
