Our technical team is available from Monday to Friday. As soon as we receive your damaged drone, we ship an equivalent model the same day. This minimizes your downtime and optimizes your productivity.

Three packages to suit your needs

We offer three levels of coverage to suit different drone sizes:

• Small Enterprise Drone (e.g. DJI Mavic 3, Matrice 4)

• Medium Enterprise Drone (e.g. DJI Matrice 30)

• Grand Drone Enterprise (ex. DJI M350)

Each formula is perfectly adapted to your fleet, and guarantees an exchange adapted to your model.

Program conditions

The drone back-up program is valid for 1 year, renewable once. It applies exclusively to drones purchased from Drone Parts Center. An electronic deposit is required at the time of deposit, and shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.
