Model equipped with a Cx label
Since almost no UAS available on the market today have a class identification, and in order not to oblige users to acquire one of these UAS quickly, the European regulation provides for a transitional arrangement from 31 December 2020.
It should be noted that most of the aircraft not labeled Cx will be classified in the A3 category after 01/01/23. The major impact is that you will only be able to fly within 150m of people or buildings.
